Head of HSE Execution

Location: Singapore or Thailand
The Head of HSE Execution – APAC drives the effective implementation and execution of GEA's Health, Safety & Environmental programs across all APAC countries. The role focuses on translating Global HSE governance frameworks into consistent, practical, and measurable operational activities. The position supports leadership across APAC and operational teams to ensure HSE risk reduction, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across all GEA sites and business operations with a strong focus on embedding a culture of safety.

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Execute and operationalize HSE programs, processes and standards across APAC in alignment with Group HSE Governance and Division Q&HSE representatives
• Indirectly lead country HSE managers
• Provide expert HSE support to operational leaders, managers and field teams to ensure effective risk management and compliance
