Job Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee all Human Capital functions, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Organizational Development.
• Develop and implement Human Capital strategies, policies, and programs aligned with company objectives and business operations.
• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, advertisement placement, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
• Ensure timely and effective manpower fulfillment in accordance with operational requirements.
• Develop and manage new employee orientation, onboarding activities, and employee termination processes.
• Assist in payroll and employee benefits administration.
• Monitor employee attendance, absence records, and roster leave arrangements.
