Head of Human Resource & Administration (Community, HR Strategy, HR Function)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives to drive a high-performance culture, employee engagement, and talent retention.

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions , including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, and learning & development.

• Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures , ensuring compliance with employment laws, best practices, and union requirements.

• Partner with Management and Department Heads on workforce planning, employer branding, and HR & administrative budgeting.

• Manage complex HR matters , including grievances, disciplinary actions, union relations, and Collective Agreement negotiations.
