Who we're looking for:-
• 3-5 years of HR / People Ops experience
• Has built HR systems from scratch (startup or scale-up experience is a big plus)
• Strong understanding of labor laws and contracts
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Calm, mature, firm, and fair personality
• Comfortable working directly with founders
