The Head of Human Resources is responsible for leading the full people and culture function in the Philippines. This role provides strategic leadership across the employee lifecycle, ensures full compliance with Philippine labor laws, and builds the frameworks, policies, and culture programs required to support a high growth, high performance organization.

The position oversees HR business partners, recruitment, and the employee engagement function. This role partners closely with Operations to deliver a people strategy that improves employee experience, strengthens performance, and supports the company’s future growth. The Head of People and Culture reports directly to the Vice President of Strategic Operations.
