Job Description
Role Summary: The HR Head leads the Human Resources function and ensures strategic alignment of HR practices with business objectives. This role is responsible for administering HR operations with a strong emphasis on labor law compliance, statutory mandates, employee loan processes, and HR documentation and memos, while developing and sustaining a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth and objectives.
Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and government standards (e.g., DOLE requirements, labor code standards, employee rights).
Stay updated on changes to labor and employment laws and implement necessary HR policy updates.
Represent the company in labor-related inspections or hearings as required.
