Head of IAM Off-Highway Business (m/f/d)


We are looking for support in our IAM Off-Highway Business department (BII) at our location in Schweinfurt or Passau.

What you can look forward to as Head of IAM Off-Highway Business (m/f/d):

  • Define global valid guidelines for the Business Development for all OH segments (Construction/Agriculture and Materials Handling

  • Steer and supervise the Strategic Business Development within the SP process. Defining global measures in alignment with the regions on OH Segment level, but also for the Product segments (T/M, Axle, Powertrain, Braking etc.) and different IAM Brands

  • Set profitability targets together with the regions in cross functions with global/regional price level discussions and decisions

  • Analyze global sales on product segment and customer level to define white spots and generate additional...
