Head of ICT

Job Requirement:
1.Education & Professional Background
Master in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Professional certifications in ICT governance, project management, cybersecurity, or IT service management are an added advantage
2.Work Experience
Minimum 15 years of experience in ICT, covering systems development, infrastructure, and ICT operations
At least 8 years in a senior managerial or leadership role overseeing teams, vendors, and large-scale ICT initiatives
Prior experience in government, statutory bodies, or large enterprises is preferred
3.Technical & Functional Competencies
Strong knowledge of ICT governance, security policies, enterprise architecture, and regulatory compliance
Proven capability in managing ICT projects, vendors, data centres, disaster recovery, and business continuity
Solid understanding of application development lifecycle, infrastructure operations, and service delivery management
