Job Description

                    Responsibilities Orchestrate and optimize the in-process manufacturing flow of chassis components ensuring seamless integration and minimal bottlenecks. 
Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. 
Drive the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies such as automation and robotics to enhance efficiency and product quality. 
Oversee the development and maintenance of robust quality control processes minimizing defects and ensuring compliance with industry standards. 
Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus. 
Possess certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Project Management, demonstrating commitment to process optimization.
