Head of Inclusion, Secondary - Inclusive Leadership & Impact

GEMS Education is seeking a passionate Head of Inclusion at GEMS Wellington Academy, Al Khail, starting August 2026. The successful candidate will lead Inclusion provision across the Secondary phase and ensure alignment with the Dubai Inclusive Education Policy. Responsibilities include monitoring student progress, developing Individualised Education Plans (IEPs), and supporting the Inclusion team. Applicants should hold a relevant teaching qualification and a SEND/Inclusion certification, with experience in improving outcomes for students with additional needs.
