Job Overview

The Head of Incubation will be responsible for the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the incubation program for tech startups. The role requires a balance of strategic planning, operational execution, and direct engagement with founders.

Particular focus will be on scouting and onboarding headhunted startups, especially in high-impact verticals such as industrial automation, cybersecurity, and fintech . The Head of Incubation will play a key role in driving startup success through structured coaching, community building, and collaboration with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Startup Selection and Onboarding

• Develop and implement rigorous selection criteria to identify promising early-stage startups with strong growth potential.
• Proactively scout and headhunt startups in targeted verticals (industrial automation, cybersecurity, fintech) to enrich the program pipeline.
