Infotek Group of Companies is seeking a hands‑on Head of IT Operations to lead and manage the organization’s internal technology environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of all IT systems that support daily business operations across the group.

This is a senior, practical leadership role for someone who understands infrastructure, cloud platforms, security, and internal business systems, and can both guide a team and engage directly when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Own Internal IT Operations

Lead and manage all internal IT systems across Infotek Group of Companies including Microsoft 365, Azure environments, servers, backup solutions, VOIP, and core business applications. Ensure uptime, reliability, and performance across the organization.
