Head of Intelligent Automation

Overview

We are looking for a Head of Intelligent Automation in Helsinki to lead a newly formed team. The role combines leadership with hands‑on work, guiding a cross‑functional AI, automation, integration and data team while stepping in to build critical parts when needed. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, prioritize work with product owners, and ensure they run smoothly in practice. The solutions developed directly impact finance operations for our clients across multiple countries, delivering real business value.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to hands‑on development, especially in prototyping, architecture design, and critical solution delivery.
• Turn ideas into working prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts to validate what really works.
• Lead a team of 6 developers and domain specialists in their daily work.
• Translate business needs into concrete, buildable technical solutions.
