Statkraft is expanding into short‑term trading and BESS optimisation in Spain, supported by collaboration across Statkraft’s European market organisation. The Head of Intraday Spain will build, lead, and operate a 24/7 intraday trading and dispatch team based in Madrid. You will be responsible for safe and reliable execution of the Iberian power portfolio, act as the key interface between local operations and the continental Energy Management organisation, and drive the development of standardised trading practices across all intraday desks.
Build, lead, and develop a 24/7 intraday and dispatch team (control centre) based in Madrid.
Hold end‑to‑end responsibility for intraday trading and dispatch operations in Spain, including shift organisation and operational decision‑making.
