Role Overview

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Head – Investment Banking to lead and scale the firm's Investment Banking practice. The role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in originating and executing M&A, Private Equity, Debt Syndication, Structured Finance, IPO, QIP, and Strategic Advisory transactions.

The incumbent will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, driving deal origination, leading transaction execution teams, developing sector-focused strategies, and growing the firm's revenue and market presence.
