• Head of Investor Relations is responsible for establishing and leading the Groups investor relations strategy, with a primary aim to prepare and position the portfolio for a successful IPO. Managing the equity story, investor communications, and capital markets engagement, ensuring the organization meets listed-company standards in governance, disclosure, and transparency while effectively articulating long-term value creation.
• Lead and own the Groups investor relations strategy at holding and portfolio level.
• Develop, articulate, and continuously refine the Groups IPO equity story and investment thesis.
• Position the education portfolio for IPO by aligning strategy, financial performance, and investor messaging.
