                    Responsibilities:
Lead Mega IT projects, manage information technology, and computer systems.
Develop the overall digital transformation strategy and specific plan(s) for the full lifecycle of technical implementation and new technology initiatives using the company's exclusive methodology and tools.
Overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, operating systems, and software applications.
Managing the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring connectivity, security, and performance.
Engaging with third-party vendors for system support, maintenance, and services, and ensuring service-level agreements are met.
