Head of IT

PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients from Furniture Manufacture in finding great talent as Head of IT for Lamongan placement with the detail as follows:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, network, Wi-Fi, and end-user support.
• Oversee troubleshooting, maintenance, and security of all IT systems and equipment.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the company's internal applications and systems.
• Translate business needs into system enhancements and drive digitalization initiatives.
• Lead and develop the IT team while working closely with the Director and European owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
