Head of IT Operations

The Head of IT Operations is responsible for the overall management, stability, and performance of the organization's IT Operations division. This role ensures the continuous delivery and support of critical IT services, including Network Infrastructure, Server Infrastructure, Workplace Services, and Strategy & Governance.

The position plays a key role in aligning operational capabilities with current and future business needs, ensuring service excellence, meeting SLA commitments, achieving P&L objectives, and maintaining high employee engagement across teams.
