Role Description

We are seeking an experienced 
Head of IT

to lead and manage the fully digital and IT ecosystem for a business unit operating primarily offsite. This role requires a strong mix of 
IT leadership, hands-on web expertise, and system architecture experience

, supporting advanced e-commerce, booking systems, and membership platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy, governance, and offsite operations for web and digital platforms
• Oversee 
  WordPress / WooCommerce
   websites, including setup, plugins, performance, and security
• Manage and troubleshoot 
  complex booking systems
   (e.g. yacht or service-based platforms)
• Supervise development of 
  membership and designer portals
   using 
  or similar frameworks
• Manage internal teams, external vendors, and developers across multiple projects
