Head of KCG Sales & Marketing

Overview


The position will be a strategic leader responsible for driving whole Kemin China business strategy development and execution, expanding our market share across Agrifood, aquaculture, animal nutrition, the human nutrition and human food technology industries . The position will lead sales and marketing team to deliver KCG vision, achieve sales and gross margin targets . He will be responsible for building up and developing the team, providing strategic direction and sales action plan guidance in key customer accounts, coordinating sales and marketing programs, and maximizing the sales and customer service processes for products of Kemin.
