Your job

The role of Head of Lab Coordination, Component Lab & IEC Standardization offers a unique blend of strategic governance, innovation, and global influence in a dynamic and evolving lighting industry. You will establish and maintain a global governance structure for laboratory operations across multiple international sites, lead a team of 4 direct reports dedicated to the Component Lab, lab projects, and technical external standardization, and represent the Zumtobel Group’s Lighting Brands in several electrotechnical committees.


Key responsibilities

Governance over global Lighting Laboratories spanning locations in Austria, Germany, France, UK, Serbia and China, ensuring alignment in processes, quality assurance, and equipment standards.

Lead the Components Lab in Dornbirn , and ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement in processes and technologies...
