Head of Laboratory - Hospital

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and oversee all laboratory functions, ensuring smooth operations and strict adherence to international quality and safety standards. The role demands a combination of strong leadership, technical proficiency, and a focus on delivering precise and timely diagnostic outcomes.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage and streamline daily laboratory activities in line with ISO and global best practices.
Provide leadership to the laboratory team through coaching, training, and performance management.
Oversee the upkeep, calibration, and efficient use of advanced laboratory equipment.
Establish and monitor robust quality assurance and quality control frameworks, including infection control measures.
Ensure all laboratory reports are accurate, consistent, and delivered within defined timelines.
