Head of LATAM

The Head of LATAM is responsible for driving regional growth and operational excellence in the Installation, Service and Blades sector in South America region. This role is responsible for overseeing the performance and development of the regional Installation, Service and Blades business units, ensuring safely the delivery of high-quality service operations, managing ongoing projects profitably, and cultivating long‑term partnerships with key customers.

This is a remote job, so you can live in Brazil, Mexico, or Chile.

• 7-10 years of experience in installation, service or maintenance operations in the wind power sector.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages spoken are a plus).
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data, manage budgets, P&L responsibilities and driving profitability.
