Role Purpose
The Head of Academy / Assistant General Manager – Learning & Development is responsible for leading and overseeing the Group's Learning & Development (L&D) and Talent Management functions. This role ensures the development of people capabilities across all levels of the organization, supports business strategy, and builds a strong talent pipeline aligned with the Group's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, develop, and manage the Group L&D and Talent Management team.
Set direction, priorities, and KPIs for the L&D function.
Ensure high-quality design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs.
Learning & Development Strategy
Develop and implement the Group L&D strategy aligned with business objectives.
Roll out soft skills programs across the Group, including:
Customer Experience
