Head of Legal Compliance

As Head of Compliance – Spain , you will lead our compliance framework, ensuring adherence to Spanish and EU regulations while supporting business growth and innovation. You will act as a key advisor to senior management and help foster a strong culture of integrity and regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities Compliance:

Framework & Governance

• Develop and maintain the compliance framework, policies, and controls.

• Promote a strong compliance culture across the organization. Regulatory Affairs & Supervisory Relations

• Act as the main liaison with the Bank of Spain, CNMV, and other regulators.

• Manage regulatory interactions and monitor relevant regulatory developments. AML/CTF &

Financial Crime Prevention

• Serve as the designated Representative before SEPBLAC.
