Head of Legal

We are working with an established client based in Oman who are going through a significant phase of growth. Our client is looking to enhance their team by enlisting the addition of a Head of Legal – Corporate/Commercial. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with fantastic career opportunities in the GCC.

Applicants must have at least 10 years PQE and be either civil or common law qualified with a preference of those coming from multinational corporations’ in-house department or from a distinguished international law firm. Successful candidates will come from the heavy industry or the energy sectors.

Successful candidates will be comfortable handling a broad array of relevant commercial contracts and general corporate work such as SPA’s, JV’s and advisory matters.
