Head of Legal

The Head of Legal will serve as the chief legal advisor of The Aivee Group, overseeing all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters across the organization. This role ensures that the company operates within the law, mitigates risks, protects its assets and reputation, and supports business leaders through expert counsel on strategic decisions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned legal professional with strong leadership skills, excellent judgment, and deep experience in corporate, labor, regulatory, and contract law.

1.Legal Advisory & Strategy

• Provide expert legal advice to senior management on business decisions, operational issues, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implement the legal strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Interpret and apply relevant laws, rules, and regulations impacting the business.
