Head of Legal

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Legal will serve as senior executive responsible for overseeing the company's global legal strategy.

As the Head of Legal in our dynamic crypto and blockchain firm, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the legal framework and strategy that supports our innovative business model. You will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters, providing strategic legal counsel to the executive team.

In this leadership position, you will manage complex commercial negotiations and contracts across investments, acquisitions and partnerships; develop and implement internal policies and training programs to foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization; and advocate for the company’s interests with regulatory bodies as required.
