• Oversee the establishment and enhancement of the Group's international legal management system, policies, and operational procedures to ensure full compliance of international operations with local regulations and internal Group requirements.
• Monitor and interpret laws, regulations, and policy trends related to the real estate industry in international markets, providing timely compliance recommendations to mitigate regulatory risks.
