Head of Link Building

We’re looking for a talented Head of Link Building with deep expertise in off-page SEO and link-building strategy , and — just as importantly — a proven ability to lead, manage, and scale teams .

In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and mentoring a large link-building team (40 + managers) , setting clear processes, performance benchmarks, and quality standards. You’ll work closely with managers and link builders to drive accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement across the team.
