For one of our clients based in Geneva, a renowned institution, we are looking for a: Head of Litigation Service Permanent position, 100% workload DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION Management and oversight of the service Supervision and HR management of the work team, monitoring of competencies, interviews, and activities of the service in connection with other internal entities Supervision of management tools and monitoring of internal meetings and cross-functional work Monitoring the progress of projects and ongoing processes Litigation management and decision-making Analysis of cases requiring the opening of civil and criminal procedures Complete instruction of damage procedures (analysis of responsibilities, control of accounts, drafting of decisions) Management of complex payment moratoriums and establishment of decisions Preliminary analysis of oppositions and sensitive litigations Drafting, controlling, and management of correspondence and decisions with high legal complexity Handling ...
