Head of Logistics & Order-to-Cash

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and impactful leader to build and lead a centralized, internationally scalable logistics function at Orion and to drive the development and performance of our end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.

The position is permanent and based in Espoo, with a hybrid work model. It reports to the VP, Global Supply Chain and Procurement and is a member of the Supply Chain & Procurement Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Orion’s global, centralized Logistics organization, ensuring high performance and continuous capability development.
• Lead the Logistics Leadership Team, driving alignment, prioritization, and execution across the function.
• Own and continuously develop the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, from order intake to delivery and invoicing.
