We’re partnering with the ANZ division of a global manufacturing group to appoint a Head of Manufacturing for a flagship Western Sydney site.

This is a rare opportunity to take full operational ownership of a key manufacturing business at an important stage in its evolution.

The organisation is going through a period of change and performance uplift, with a strong mandate to strengthen Lean capability, operational delivery and site leadership.

This is a true site leadership role where you will have influence across operations, people and performance in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
