Head of Marine Engineering Services

We are seeking a highly accomplished Marine Engineering professional to lead our Marine Engineering Services function. This senior management role is responsible for technical leadership, operational excellence, team development, and delivery of high-quality marine engineering services across assets and projects.
The ideal candidate combines deep marine engineering expertise with strong leadership, commercial awareness, and experience managing complex service operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead all marine engineering services including maintenance, repairs, dry-docking, overhauls, and upgrades
· Serve as the senior technical authority for marine engineering matters
· Ensure compliance with classification societies, flag state, and international maritime regulations
