Head of marketing

Cognia sits at the intersection of legal expertise, technology and AI-driven transformation. We work with legal, procurement, commercial and operations teams globally to fundamentally change how legal services are delivered.

We are hiring a Head of Marketing to take full ownership of our marketing function, evolving our message to the market, building a high‑performing demand engine, and creating a consistent pipeline of opportunities that convert into revenue. This high‑impact, senior role is based in Cape Town, working directly with the CEO, COO and Leadership team.

You will own Cognia’s marketing machine end‑to‑end from positioning and brand through to service go‑to‑market plans and processes, lead generation, and pipeline contribution. This is a commercial leadership position, responsible for ensuring marketing materially contributes to business growth.
