Job Description

Cognia sits at the intersection of legal expertise, technology and AI-driven transformation. We work with legal, procurement, commercial and operations teams globally to fundamentally change how legal services are delivered.
 
We are hiring a Head of Marketing to take full ownership of our marketing function, evolving our message to the market, build a high-performing demand engine, and creating a consistent pipeline of opportunities that convert into revenue. ​

This is a high-impact, senior role based in Cape Town, working directly with the CEO, COO and Leadership team.
 
You will own Cognia’s marketing machine end-to-end from positioning and brand through to service go to market plans and processes, lead generation, and pipeline contribution. This is a commercial leadership position, responsible for ensuring marketing materially contributes to business growth.
