Head of Marketing Iberia (España)

The role

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing Iberia to lead the overall marketing strategy and execution, ensuring strong brand positioning and sustained business growth. This role will oversee both Digital & Brand Marketing and Retail Marketing, managing two experienced managers and aligning their efforts to deliver impactful results across all channels.

The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic leadership and operational excellence, with proven expertise in digital, brand, and trade marketing. With strong ownership of budget and resources, they will maximize ROI, foster innovation, and drive brand awareness and product sell‑out. Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and European and China headquarters, this position will ensure marketing initiatives are consistent, data‑driven, and directly supportive of TCL Iberia’s growth ambitions.
