• Studying competitors' products and services

• Coordinating with head of Sales for customers’ feedback reports
• Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability

• Identifying target markets, communicate with head of Sales to develop strategies to communicate with them

• Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets

• Preparing the annual marketing schedule / events including the detailed budget for each event
• Managing the process of promotional activities

• Liaising with other internal departments such as sales, quality control and distribution

• Producing reports on monthly basis to monitor results

• Preparing quarterly achievements report for marketing department
