The Role
This is Katapult's first dedicated marketing hire. We have strong inbound deal flow from referrals and VC networks, but no systematic marketing engine yet. We're looking for a Head of Marketing who operates like a strategist and a builder: someone who can think about brand positioning at 30,000 feet and then go write the LinkedIn post, set up the funnel, and measure the conversion.
