Our mission is to empower global operations by delivering a voice-first AI platform that improves efficiency and reduces downtime. Tandm is an early-stage startup seeking a highly motivated Head of Growth Marketing to lead our marketing function from the ground up. You will build a data-driven revenue engine that communicates the value of our voice-first solution to operations and safety executives.

What You'll Do

• Pick the Strategy: Define the path to revenue (e.g., ABM for the C-Suite, content marketing, events) and build it. We want you to write the playbook, not follow one.
• Do the Work: Write copy, set up lead-gen processes, and run A/B tests hands-on.
• Build, Execute, Adjust: Launch initiatives, analyze data, and iterate. Pivot when a plan isn b hits.
