TMC Fine Jewellers is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function from strategy through execution. This is a newly created senior leadership role , reporting directly to the founders.

You will be responsible for scaling the business through marketing initiatives - not just managing activity, but driving real commercial impact.

You will own marketing strategy, campaigns and planning across the business , ensuring everything we do is intentional, well‑executed and aligned with growth.

You will manage the marketing team , bringing structure, clarity and pace to launches, promotions and brand moments.

You will work closely with the Co-Founder and Creative Director Makayla, particularly on campaign planning, performance insights and growth opportunities . You’ll identify problems, find solutions and implement them – end to end.
