Head of Marketing

Head of Marketing ServerMania is seeking a hands‑on Head of Marketing to lead marketing operations, campaign execution, and go‑to‑market coordination across our infrastructure platforms, including dedicated servers, GPU infrastructure, and AraCloud. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role will translate revenue and go‑to‑market strategy into organized, measurable marketing execution across campaigns, content, digital channels, product launches, and brand initiatives. You will oversee internal marketing functions, coordinate external agencies and vendors, and help strengthen marketing systems, workflows, reporting, and operational discipline during a key growth phase.

This is a leadership role suited for a player‑coach marketer who can think strategically while staying close to execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading teams, improving processes, managing campaigns, and stepping into marketing systems and workflows when needed.
