Head of Marketplace

We are looking for a commercially minded and hands-on Head of Marketplace to take full ownership of our third-party marketplace channels and drive growth across the business.

This is a senior role, not a marketplace support or coordinator position . Candidates with primarily VA, product upload, or marketplace support-only experience will not be suitable for this role.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of marketplace performance across multiple brands and platforms - including catalogue operations, trading performance, promotions, revenue growth, and marketplace partner relationships.

The ideal candidate has experience owning marketplace results, making commercial and pricing decisions, managing large product catalogues, and working directly with marketplace account managers and buying teams.
