Job Summary

The Head of Measurement Centre is a strategic leadership role responsible for directing, managing, and continuously improving all measurement and quantity surveying functions across the organisation. The role supports the GCC business remotely, focusing on building a high‑performing team, establishing standardised processes, and driving excellence in cost management and measurement practices.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the Measurement Centre team, including Quantity Surveyors and support staff.
• Establish workflows, standards, and best practices for measurement and cost management.
• Allocate resources effectively across projects to meet deadlines and priorities.
• Oversee preparation of detailed quantity take‑offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for Infrastructure, Building and MEP packages.
