Position Overview:

Head of MEP Design
will lead and oversee the
MEP design function
, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, fully coordinated, and code-compliant MEP designs for national and international projects. This role is solely focused on design leadership, technical excellence, and compliance with
U.S. building codes and standards.
The position requires strong expertise in
HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Protection design, with advanced proficiency in BIM and Revit-based workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead and mentor the MEP Design team (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection designers and BIM modelers).
• Assign design tasks, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery of design deliverables.
