Head of Merchant Acceptance & Acquiring - UAE

Tink is seeking a Director – Acceptance to drive the growth and strategy for merchant acceptance and acquiring partnerships in the UAE. This role involves expanding payment acceptance and deepening relationships with key acquirers, focusing on driving revenue growth and achieving measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in payments or financial services, strong commercial acumen, and a proven track record of managing P&L and influencing C-level stakeholders.

This position is hybrid, with office attendance to be confirmed by the manager.
