Globe 24-7, in partnership with an established mining operation in South Africa, is seeking experienced operational leadership to join the team.
The Role
The incumbent will be accountable for shaping and operationalising the safe and efficient delivery of the mine production programme. The role is focused on the continuous enhancement of safety standards, optimising operational planning, scheduling, and execution, and leading operational improvement initiatives. This position requires the assessment and analysis of operational effectiveness, working collaboratively across the operation to co-design and implement practical, innovative solutions that optimise interfaces between teams, processes, and systems, while reinforcing clear accountability.
