About the Role

A senior leadership role with full accountability for the Motor portfolio, overseeing Underwriting, Claims and Operations. The position drives profitable growth through disciplined underwriting, effective claims governance and strong market engagement. The successful candidate will shape Motor strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, optimise reinsurance alignment and foster a high-performance culture across all branches.

Strategy & Portfolio Performance

• Develop and execute the Motor strategy aligned with company objectives and regulatory standards.
• Deliver profitable growth through disciplined portfolio management and pricing oversight.
• Monitor top and bottom-line performance, implementing corrective measures where required.
