Overview
The Company is seeking a Head of Nursing School to provide strategic leadership and drive the development and management of nursing programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the school's strategic plan, ensuring it aligns with the college's vision, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in teaching, learning, and curriculum development. This role involves overseeing the entire portfolio of nursing programs, from diploma to degree levels, and leading the design, development, and review of curricula to meet the standards of the Malaysian Qualifications Agency and other professional bodies.
Responsibilities
The Head of Nursing School will also be tasked with monitoring academic quality assurance processes, identifying and launching new programs that align with industry trends, and managing the overall performance of the nursing programs.
